HEM Tolhuus opens new website - added on 04-08-2008
The Hem Hotel Tolhuus, located in Warder has launched it's own website. On the internet you can surf to www.Tolhuus.nl and experience the calm and beautifull surroundings at less than 30 minutes from Amsterdam city centre.
The hotel, is uniquely located directly at the IJsselmeer, former Zuiderzee, dike. It is the perfect place to relax after a hectic businessday with it location close to Amsterdam, Purmerend located in Warder part of the muniscipality Zeevang. Ideally surroundings for early morning joging and outdoor excercising.
Hotel 't Tolhuus because of it's location also offers great cycling, watersports and sightseeing activities. Scenic sites nearby are the UNESCO World heritage "the Beemster Polder" and the traditional fishing villages Volendam and Marken or the historic towns of Edam and Hoorn. These touristic sites can easily be reached either by bike or by car. Hotel 't Tolhuus was recently renovated. The bar, lounge, restaurant, serre and billiart room were completely restyled and decorated. Older rooms were renovated up to modern standards. The hotel offers standard rooms with showers as well as jacuzzi bathrooms. Upon request rooms overlooking the IJsselmeer dike with fabulous and infinite views over the IJsselmeer (former Zuiderzee) are available.
