A: No, the Super Saver reservation value will be charged directly to the credit card you provide in the reservation, as it is a pre-paid booking.
Q: I have booked a 3 day special with transportation, can I pay for this when I arrive to the hotel?
A: No, the 3 day special with transportation room value will be directly charged to the credit card you provide in the reservation, as it is a pre-paid booking.
Q: I want to cancel my Super Saver reservation, will I get my money back?
A: No, this room is a non-refundable booking, please, read the booking conditions carefully.

Q: May I stay with 5 people in one room?
A: Due to Dutch law and fire regulations, no more than 4 people are allowed in one room.
Q: I would like a smoking room, is it possible?
A: Subject to availability, we can provide you with a smoking room upon check-in at a supplement of €10,- per day. Please, check availability at reception.
Q: Does the hotel have a baby bed and how much does it cost?
A: Yes, we can place a babycot in the room, free of charge. Please contact the reservations department, if you would like to book a cot in your room.
Q: Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
A: No, we are a pet free hotel.
Q: Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel and how much does it cost?
A: Wi-Fi is in the entire hotel including the rooms. Costs are €10.- per day. At the same time, our Facebook fans have an opportunity to receive 24-hour WiFi ticket for free. Please, check Facebook and Twitter page for more info.

A: Check in time is from 2 pm.

Q: How far is the hotel from the city centre?
A: The hotel is about 15 minutes from the city centre by tram number 2.
Q: How do I get to the city centre?
A: Tram 2 goes directly to the city center. The closest stop to HEM Hotel Amsterdam is Westlandgracht, which is a 5-minute walk.
Q: Can I park my car at the hotel?
A: Yes, we have our own parking lot. Costs are € 12.50 per 24 hours of parking.
Q: How do I get from Schiphol Airport to the hotel?
A: You can reach us by train, shuttlebus or taxi.
Q: How do I get from Amsterdam Central station to the hotel with public transporation?
A: You can reach us by tram number 2.
